Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-302","heading":"Formation of limited cooperative association -","body":"Articles of organization.\n\nFORMATION OF LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION; ARTICLES OF\n\nORGANIZATION.\n\n(a) To form a limited cooperative association, an organizer of\n\nthe association must deliver articles of organization to the\n\nSecretary of State for filing. The articles must state:\n\n(1) The name of the association;\n\n(2) The purposes for which the association is formed;\n\n(3) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe association’s initial designated office and the name of the\n\nassociation’s initial agent for service of process at the designated\n\noffice;\n\n(4) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe initial principal office;\n\n(5) The name and street address and, if different, mailing\n\naddress of each organizer; and\n\n(6) The term for which the association is to exist if other\n\nthan perpetual.\n\n(b) Subject to subsection (a) of Section 13 of this act,\n\narticles of organization may contain any other provisions in\n\naddition to those required by subsection (a) of this section.\n\n(c) A limited cooperative association is formed after articles\n\nof organization that substantially comply with subsection (a) of\n\nthis section are delivered to the Secretary of State, are filed, and\n\nbecome effective under subsection (c) of Section 23 of this act.\n\n(d) If articles of organization filed by the Secretary of State\n\nstate a delayed effective date, a limited cooperative association is\n\nnot formed if, before the articles take effect, an organizer signs\n\nand delivers to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of\n\ncancellation.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f835ce4032c0603efef78a4131a25c14fa90b150d8db1859930f46cfd237b959","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-301","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
