Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-406","heading":"Restated articles of organization","body":"RESTATED ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION. A limited cooperative\n\nassociation, by the affirmative vote of a majority of the board of\n\ndirectors taken at a meeting for which the purpose is stated in the\n\nnotice of the meeting, may adopt restated articles of organization\n\nthat contain the original articles as previously amended.
