Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-506","heading":"Annual meeting of members","body":"ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS.\n\n(a) Members shall meet annually at a time provided in the\n\norganic rules or set by the board of directors not inconsistent with\n\nthe organic rules.\n\n(b) An annual members meeting may be held inside or outside\n\nthis state at the place stated in the organic rules or selected by\n\nthe board of directors not inconsistent with the organic rules.\n\n(c) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, members may\n\nattend or conduct an annual members meeting through any means of\n\ncommunication if all members attending the meeting can communicate\n\nwith each other during the meeting.\n\n(d) The board of directors shall report, or cause to be\n\nreported, at the association’s annual members meeting the\n\nassociation’s business and financial condition as of the close of\n\nthe most recent fiscal year.\n\n(e) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the board of\n\ndirectors shall designate the presiding officer of the association’s\n\nannual members meeting.\n\n(f) Failure to hold an annual members meeting does not affect\n\nthe validity of any action by the limited cooperative association.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ca3fe4007b8dc83770784714c0c8f95227f3a99f5dbcc4e310e4a6c55a7f5409","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-505","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
