Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-508","heading":"Notice of members meeting","body":"NOTICE OF MEMBERS MEETING.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association shall notify each member\n\nof the time, date, and place of a members meeting at least fifteen\n\n(15) and not more than sixty (60) days before the meeting.\n\n(b) Unless the articles of organization otherwise provide,\n\nnotice of an annual members meeting need not include any purpose of\n\nthe meeting.\n\n(c) Notice of a special meeting of members must include each\n\npurpose of the meeting as contained in the demand under paragraph\n\n(3) or (4) of subsection (a) of Section 46 of this act or as voted\n\nupon by the board of directors under paragraph (2) of subsection (a)\n\nof Section 46 of this act.\n\n(d) Notice of a members meeting must be given in a record\n\nunless oral notice is reasonable under the circumstances.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e478bcbaccff3f22b5d8593eb4d5653f0a80c9eade71252cb4b359ef652d31a0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-507","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-509"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
