Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-514","heading":"Voting requirements for members","body":"VOTING REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERS. If a limited cooperative\n\nassociation has both patron and investor members, the following\n\nrules apply:\n\n(1) The total voting power of all patron members may not be\n\nless than a majority of the entire voting power entitled to vote.\n\n(2) Action on any matter is approved only upon the affirmative\n\nvote of at least a majority of:\n\n(A) all members voting at the meeting unless more than a\n\nmajority is required by Articles 4, 12, 15 through 16\n\nof the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of\n\n2009 or the organic rules; and\n\n(B) votes cast by patron members unless the organic rules\n\nrequire a larger affirmative vote by patron members.\n\n(3) The organic rules may provide for the percentage of the\n\naffirmative votes that must be cast by investor members to approve\n\nthe matter.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a3261b74712d6e9a21e49b4a17f110b541fa405bddc98ac2032e6a2dff555453","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-513","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-515"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
