Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-515","heading":"Manner of voting","body":"MANNER OF VOTING.\n\n(a) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, voting by a\n\nproxy at a members meeting is prohibited. This subsection does not\n\nprohibit delegate voting based on district or class.\n\n(b) If voting by a proxy is permitted, a patron member may\n\nappoint only another patron member as a proxy and, if investor\n\nmembers are permitted, an investor member may appoint only another\n\ninvestor member as a proxy.\n\n(c) The organic rules may provide for the manner of and\n\nprovisions governing the appointment of a proxy.\n\n(d) The organic rules may provide for voting on any question by\n\nballot delivered by mail or voting by other means on questions that\n\nare subject to vote by members.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d44440a4340385e70226d07bfb3b92af723edfe630161facb500f36b9352b282","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-514","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-516"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
