Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-517","heading":"Districts and delegates - Classes of members","body":"DISTRICTS AND DELEGATES; CLASSES OF MEMBERS.\n\n(a) The organic rules may provide for the formation of\n\ngeographic districts of patron members and:\n\n(1) For the conduct of patron member meetings by districts and\n\nthe election of directors at the meetings; or\n\n(2) That districts may elect district delegates to represent\n\nand vote for the district at members meetings.\n\n(b) A delegate elected under paragraph (2) of subsection (a) of\n\nthis section has one vote unless voting power is otherwise allocated\n\nby the organic rules.\n\n(c) The organic rules may provide for the establishment of\n\nclasses of members, for the preferences, rights, and limitations of\n\nthe classes, and:\n\n(1) For the conduct of members meetings by classes and the\n\nelection of directors at the meetings; or\n\n(2) That classes may elect class delegates to represent and\n\nvote for the class in members meetings.\n\n(d) A delegate elected under paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of\n\nthis section has one vote unless voting power is otherwise allocated\n\nby the organic rules.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3d91921a2814491dcea9b2c4292f8eac033cf1b2c874e7144e60cc2307cd82e4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-516","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
