Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-604","heading":"Security interest and set-off","body":"SECURITY INTEREST AND SET-OFF.\n\n(a) A member or transferee may create an enforceable security\n\ninterest in its financial rights in a limited cooperative\n\nassociation.\n\n(b) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, a member may\n\nnot create an enforceable security interest in the member’s\n\ngovernance rights in a limited cooperative association.\n\n(c) The organic rules may provide that a limited cooperative\n\nassociation has a security interest in the financial rights of a\n\nmember to secure payment of any indebtedness or other obligation of\n\nthe member to the association.
