Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-702","heading":"Marketing contracts","body":"MARKETING CONTRACTS.\n\n(a) If a marketing contract provides for the sale of products,\n\ncommodities, or goods to a limited cooperative association, the sale\n\ntransfers title to the association upon delivery or at any other\n\nspecific time expressly provided by the contract.\n\n(b) A marketing contract may:\n\n(1) Authorize a limited cooperative association to create an\n\nenforceable security interest in the products, commodities, or goods\n\ndelivered; and\n\n(2) Allow the association to sell the products, commodities, or\n\ngoods delivered and pay the sales price on a pooled or other basis\n\nafter deducting selling costs, processing costs, overhead, expenses,\n\nand other charges.\n\n(c) Some or all of the provisions of a marketing contract\n\nbetween a patron member and a limited cooperative association may be\n\ncontained in the organic rules.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"146f049e957166a6992cb078286b64d58c0e54d7a94b92a73922b17745589b72","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-701","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-703"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
