Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-704","heading":"Remedies for breach of contract","body":"REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT.\n\n(a) Damages to be paid to a limited cooperative association for\n\nbreach or anticipatory repudiation of a marketing contract may be\n\nliquidated, but only at an amount or under a formula that is\n\nreasonable in light of the actual or anticipated harm caused by the\n\nbreach or repudiation. A provision that so provides is not a\n\npenalty.\n\n(b) Upon a breach of a marketing contract, whether by\n\nanticipatory repudiation or otherwise, a limited cooperative\n\nassociation may seek:\n\n(1) An injunction to prevent further breach; and\n\n(2) Specific performance.\n\n(c) The remedies in this section are in addition to any other\n\nremedies available to an association under law other than the\n\nUniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9b33520e43a5a0c2db6b2a1887ff27d225e7248baf017cf418ca1ecb9973ea7d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-703","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
