Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-801","heading":"Board of directors","body":"BOARD OF DIRECTORS.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association must have a board of\n\ndirectors of at least three individuals, unless the association has\n\nfewer than three members. If the association has fewer than three\n\nmembers, the number of directors may not be fewer than the number of\n\nmembers.\n\n(b) The affairs of a limited cooperative association must be\n\nmanaged by, or under the direction of, the board of directors.
