Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-805","heading":"Term of director","body":"TERM OF DIRECTOR.\n\n(a) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, and subject to\n\nsubsections (c) and (d) of this section and subsection (c) of\n\nSection 31 of this act, the term of a director expires at the annual\n\nmembers meeting following the director’s election or appointment.\n\nThe term of a director may not exceed three (3) years.\n\n(b) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, a director may\n\nbe reelected.\n\n(c) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (d) of this\n\nsection, a director continues to serve until a successor director is\n\nelected or appointed and qualifies or the director is removed,\n\nresigns, is adjudged incompetent, or dies.\n\n(d) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, a director does\n\nnot serve the remainder of the director’s term if the director\n\nceases to qualify to be a director.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bf1ded3928b3dcbdd2460b3f767f772e7cff41b7f67a24b0ecf324891216ac80","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-804","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-806"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
