Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-814","heading":"Waiver of notice of meeting","body":"WAIVER OF NOTICE OF MEETING.\n\n(a) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, a director may\n\nwaive any required notice of a meeting of the board of directors in\n\na record before, during, or after the meeting.\n\n(b) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, a director’s\n\nparticipation in a meeting is a waiver of notice of that meeting\n\nunless:\n\n(1) The director objects to the meeting at the beginning of the\n\nmeeting or promptly upon the director’s arrival at the meeting and\n\ndoes not thereafter vote in favor of or otherwise assent to the\n\naction taken at the meeting; or\n\n(2) The director promptly objects upon the introduction of any\n\nmatter for which notice under Section 78 of this act has not been\n\ngiven and does not thereafter vote in favor of or otherwise assent\n\nto the action taken on the matter.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"215c450829a297ecc3242ae704b350b4b520457337be1a240dca1acd2f9e69ba","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-813","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-815"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
