Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-823","heading":"Resignation and removal of officers","body":"RESIGNATION AND REMOVAL OF OFFICERS.\n\n(a) The board of directors may remove an officer at any time\n\nwith or without cause.\n\n(b) An officer of a limited cooperative association may resign\n\nat any time by giving notice in a record to the association.
