Stat. tit. 18, § 18-484","heading":"Quarterly reports - Revocation of authority - Inquiry into","body":"solvency - Additional security.\n\nEvery such corporation shall, in the months of January, April,\n\nJuly and October of each year, file with the Insurance Commissioner\n\nof the state a statement signed and sworn to by its president and\n\nsecretary, showing its assets and liabilities as required by Section\n\n1345. And the Insurance Commissioner shall have the power, and it\n\nshall be his duty, to revoke the authority of any such company to\n\ntransact any business under this article whenever, in his judgment,\n\nsaid company is not solvent, or is conducting its business in\n\nviolation of this article.
