Stat. tit. 18, § 18-485","heading":"Actions - Venue - Bond considered made where","body":"Any surety company doing business under the provisions of this\n\narticle, may be sued in respect thereof, in any court of the United\n\nStates or the State of Oklahoma, which has jurisdiction of actions\n\non suits upon such recognizances, stipulations, bond, or\n\nundertaking, was made or guaranteed.
