The Secretary of State shall make available on the Secretary\n\nof State’s website all pertinent information related to the entities\n\nthat are required to register under this act including information\n\nincluded in the entity’s registration. The Secretary of State shall\n\nalso create a numbering system and assign a registration number to\n\neach entity that is required to register under this act. The\n\nregistration number shall also be identified with the registered\n\nentity on the website.\n\nB. The Secretary of State shall, on or before July 1, 2012,\n\nprovide for electronic registration of all entities required to\n\nregister under this act.\n\nC. The Secretary of State shall notify the Office of the\n\nAttorney General if, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, there\n\nis such a violation of the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable\n\nContributions Act that the Office of the Attorney General needs to\n\nbe aware of in order to investigate or prosecute.\n\nD. The Office of the Attorney General may review all\n\napplications and renewals and other relevant information required to\n\nbe filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to this act in order\n\nto determine the reasonableness and accuracy of such information and\n\nto determine if there are any violations of the act. If the Office\n\nof the Attorney General finds any questionable information or\n\ninaccuracies, it may notify the charitable organization,\n\nprofessional fundraiser or professional solicitor of such\n\ndiscrepancies and allow a reasonable time to cure such\n\ndiscrepancies. If such discrepancies are not cured in a reasonable\n\ntime or if the Office of the Attorney General becomes aware of any\n\nother violations of this act, then it may investigate and/or\n\nprosecute as authorized by this act.\n\nE. If the Office of the Attorney General becomes aware of any\n\ncharitable organization, professional fundraiser, or professional\n\nsolicitor that has not registered and that is required to register\n\nunder the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act,\n\nthen the Office of the Attorney General shall notify such entity in\n\nwriting that it must comply with the act and register.
