Stat. tit. 18, § 18-552.20","heading":"Secretary of State Charitable Solicitations Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Secretary of State to be designated the\n\n\"Secretary of State Charitable Solicitations Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Office\n\nof the Secretary of State from sources provided under this act and\n\nany appropriations made by the Legislature. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Secretary of State in furtherance of its duties\n\nunder the provisions of the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable\n\nContributions Act.
