Stat. tit. 18, § 18-552.21","heading":"Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of the Attorney General to be designated the\n\n\"Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement Revolving\n\nFund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOffice of the Attorney General from sources provided under this act\n\nand any appropriations made by the Legislature. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Attorney General in furtherance of its\n\nduties under the provisions of the Oklahoma Solicitation of\n\nCharitable Contributions Act.
