Except as required or authorized by federal law, no state\n\nagency or official shall impose any annual filing or reporting\n\nrequirement on an organization regulated or specifically exempted\n\nfrom regulation under the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable\n\nContributions Act that is more stringent, restrictive or expansive\n\nthan the requirements authorized by the laws of this state.\n\nB.
