All contracts entered into by a charitable organization with\n\na professional fundraiser or professional fundraising counsel for\n\ncharitable solicitations or fundraising services shall be in\n\nwriting. The charitable organization and the professional\n\nfundraiser or professional fundraising counsel shall each keep and\n\nmaintain such contracts on file in their principal offices for a\n\nperiod of five (5) years from the date that the contract was\n\nexecuted. These contracts shall be available for inspection by the\n\nOffice of the Attorney General.\n\nB. The contract shall clearly state:\n\n1. The respective obligations of each party;\n\n2. The compensation arrangement. If the compensation payable\n\nto the professional fundraiser is based on a percentage or formula,\n\nthe contract shall state the percentage of the gross revenue derived\n\nin connection with the solicitation that the charitable organization\n\nwill receive or other formula for payment;\n\n3. Any goods or services to be offered to the public;\n\n4. The geographic area where the campaign will take place;\n\n5. In the case of a contract with a professional fundraiser,\n\nthe period of time or periods during which solicitations are to be\n\nconducted, which may be specific periods, estimated or projected\n\ntime frames, or continuous, and which may involve different periods\n\nfor different types of solicitations by the same charitable\n\norganization;\n\n6. A fundraising budget, if available; and\n\n7.
