Stat. tit. 18, § 18-553.3","heading":"Penalties","body":"Any violation of the provisions of Sections 553.1 and 553.2 of\n\nthis title shall constitute a Class D1 felony offense and any person\n\nguilty thereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) , or be confined as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any such\n\nprohibited communication by any agent or servant of a corporation\n\nshall subject such corporation to the fine above specified in\n\naddition to whatever penalty is imposed upon such agent or servant.\n\nAny corporation may be enjoined in the manner provided in Section\n\n12, Chapter 70, Title 21, Page 193, Oklahoma Session Laws 1955, when\n\nany of the conditions herein set forth are found to exist with\n\nrespect to a violation of this act, or it may be subject to the\n\ncancellation therein specified.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6d22c3974971334f3ed17d98fa81d9ef6aff2141688337f855d491375ba3df17","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-553.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-561"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
