Stat. tit. 18, § 18-584","heading":"Use of society name exclusive","body":"No person, society, association or corporation shall assume,\n\nadopt or use the name of a humane, fraternal or charitable\n\norganization, incorporated under the laws of this or of any other\n\nstate of the United States, or a name so nearly resembling the name\n\nof such incorporated organization as to be a colorable imitation\n\nthereof, or calculated to deceive persons not members, with respect\n\nto such corporation.
