Stat. tit. 18, § 18-586","heading":"Violation enjoined","body":"Whenever there shall be an actual or threatened violation of\n\nSections 584 and 585 of this title, an application may be made to\n\nthe court or judge having jurisdiction, to issue an injunction upon\n\nnotice to the defendant of not less than five (5) days, for an\n\ninjunction so restraining such actual or threatened violation, or if\n\nit shall appear to such court or justice that the defendant is in\n\nfact using the name of a humane, fraternal or charitable\n\ncorporation, incorporated as aforesaid, or a name so nearly\n\nresembling it as to be calculated to deceive the public, or is\n\nwearing or exhibiting the badge, insignia or emblem of such\n\ncorporation without authority thereof, and in violation of Sections\n\n584 and 585 of this title, an injunction may be issued by said court\n\nor justice, enjoining or restraining such actual or threatened\n\nviolation, without requiring proof that any person has in fact been\n\nmisled or deceived thereby.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"be7f7a280cef81895bc6b8df19177dc85587f292674a8bf84294c65314a03a6a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-585","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-587"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
