Stat. tit. 18, § 18-590","heading":"Community fund or chest corporations - Notice of meetings","body":"- Quorum.\n\nAny corporation organized under the laws of this state as a\n\ncommunity fund or community chest, or that may hereafter be so\n\norganized, may give notice of the time and place of any regular or\n\nspecial meeting of its members by publication for not less than two\n\n(2) weeks previous thereto in a newspaper of general circulation in\n\nthe city or town where the principal office or place of business of\n\nthe corporation is located.
