Stat. tit. 18, § 18-595","heading":"Filing of activity reports – Required information","body":"Any charitable corporation formed in an unincorporated area for\n\nthe purpose of providing either a volunteer or a full-time fire\n\ndepartment, such as mentioned in Section 592 of Title 18 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, shall be required to file the appropriate\n\nactivity reports utilizing the National Emergency Response\n\nInformation System (NERIS) with the Office of the State Fire Marshal\n\nin Oklahoma City. The activity report forms shall include, but not\n\nbe limited to, the amount of property and vehicle fire loss, types\n\nof fires, inspections, and investigations. The report shall include\n\nnotification of all fire-related civilian deaths and injuries in the\n\nrespective jurisdiction and of firefighter deaths in the line of\n\nduty and of firefighter injuries in the line of duty requiring the\n\nservices of a hospital or physician or both, and these fire-related\n\nburn injuries and death reports shall be completed within forty-\n\neight (48) hours of the incident.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3ead5abebd9c69c9faed5bad01faa8c3394d6c652669160674bfc37c9028559a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-594","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
