Stat. tit. 18, § 18-603","heading":"Request from counties to telephone line owners for future","body":"installation information.\n\nAny county may send out a one-time request for information\n\nregarding the future installation of lines, poles or wires to the\n\nowner of any telephone line operated in the public right-of-way of\n\nthe county road system of the requesting county.
