Stat. tit. 18, § 18-804","heading":"Formation of professional entity","body":"A professional entity may be formed or qualified to render\n\nprofessional services by filing the appropriate instrument required\n\nby the associated act with the Secretary of State. The individual\n\nor individuals forming a domestic professional entity or qualifying\n\na foreign professional entity shall be managers of the professional\n\nentity and duly licensed or otherwise permitted in accordance with\n\nthe provisions of this state’s licensing laws for the profession and\n\nin good standing within the profession to be practiced through the\n\nprofessional entity. Such instrument shall meet the requirements of\n\nthe applicable associated act, shall contain the profession or\n\nrelated professions to be practiced through the professional entity,\n\nand shall contain one of the following:\n\n1. A certificate by the regulating board of the profession or\n\nrelated professions involved that each of the persons who will\n\nbecome owners or managers of the domestic professional entity and\n\nwho will engage in the practice of the profession or related\n\nprofession in this state is duly licensed or otherwise permitted in\n\naccordance with the provisions of this state’s licensing laws for\n\nthe profession or related profession to practice such profession; or\n\n2.
