Stat. tit. 18, § 18-809","heading":"License requirement","body":"Except as provided in Section 815 of this title, no person shall\n\nhold an interest in a domestic professional entity including a\n\ndomestic professional entity that owns a domestic professional\n\nentity rendering professional service who is not duly licensed or\n\notherwise permitted in accordance with the provisions of this\n\nstate’s licensing laws for the profession or related profession to\n\nrender the same professional services or related professional\n\nservices as those for which the entity is organized. No person\n\nshall be a shareholder of a professional corporation who is not duly\n\nlicensed or otherwise permitted to render the same professional\n\nservices or related professional services as the services for which\n\nthe corporation is organized.
