Stat. tit. 18, § 18-811","heading":"Professional services through owners, managers, employees","body":"and agents.\n\nA domestic professional entity may render professional services\n\nin this state only through its owners, managers, employees and\n\nagents who are duly licensed or otherwise permitted in accordance\n\nwith the provisions of this state’s licensing laws to render\n\nprofessional services. A foreign professional entity may render\n\nprofessional services in this state only through its owners,\n\nmanagers, employees, and agents who are duly licensed or otherwise\n\npermitted in accordance with the provisions of this state’s\n\nlicensing laws to render professional services in this state.
