Stat. tit. 18, § 18-954","heading":"Exemptions","body":"The provisions of Section 951 et seq. of this title shall not\n\napply where a corporation, either domestic or foreign:\n\n1. Engages in research and/or feeding arrangements or\n\noperations concerned with the feeding of livestock or poultry, but\n\nonly to the extent of such research and/or feeding arrangements or\n\nsuch livestock or poultry operations;\n\n2. Engages in operations concerned with the production and\n\nraising of livestock or poultry for sale or use as breeding stock\n\nand including only directly related operations, such as breeding or\n\nfeeding livestock or poultry which are not selected or sold as\n\nbreeding stock;\n\n3. Engages in swine operations, including only directly related\n\noperations, such as facilities for the production of breeding stock,\n\nfeed mills, processing facilities, and providing supervisory,\n\ntechnical and other assistance to any other persons performing such\n\nservices on behalf of the corporation;\n\n4. Engages in poultry operations, including only directly\n\nrelated operations, such as operating hatcheries, facilities for the\n\nproduction of breeding stock, feed mills, processing facilities, and\n\nproviding supervisory, technical and other assistance to any other\n\npersons performing such services on behalf of the corporation to the\n\nextent of such operations in this state by the corporation on the\n\neffective date of this act;\n\n5. Engages in forestry as defined by Section 1-4 of Title 2 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n6. Whose corporate purpose is charitable or eleemosynary; or\n\n7.
