Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1009","heading":"Bringing in other cities, towns or school districts","body":"The governing body of any other city, town or school district in\n\na county in which a city-county park and/or recreation system has\n\nbeen established is authorized to contract with the city-county park\n\nand recreation commission, subject to the approval of the governing\n\nbody of the city and the board of county commissioners, to bring\n\nsuch other city, town or school district into the city-county park\n\nand/or recreation system, upon such terms as may be mutually agreed\n\nupon, and for that purpose may lease to the city-county park and\n\nrecreation commission any recreational facilities or property which\n\nsuch other city, town or school district may own, may include in its\n\nannual budget appropriations for participation in the city-county\n\npark and/or recreation system, and shall pay over to the city-county\n\npark and/or recreation system funds so appropriated, which funds\n\nshall be combined with the funds of the city and county and expended\n\nin the same manner as herein provided for the expenditure of such\n\nfunds.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"aadfaf192e8391668abec87d83739bb754e56fefbcc5ffb5c8e7810b1b328ecd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-1008","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-1010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
