Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1010","heading":"Retirement system - Workers' compensation","body":"If, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 37 of Title 11 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or of any statute supplemental thereto or of any\n\ncharter provision of the city, a retirement system is established\n\nfor the employees of the city, the employees of the city-county park\n\nand/or recreation system may be included in that retirement system\n\non the same basis applicable to employees of the city, if the\n\ncommission so recommends and the board of county commissioners and\n\nthe governing body of the city approve. Nothing otherwise provided\n\nby law shall operate to prohibit the appropriation of county funds\n\nfor the payment of the county's pro rata share of the contribution\n\nto be made to the retirement fund on behalf of the employees of the\n\ncity-county park and/or recreation system.
