Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1103.1","heading":"Executive director - Contract for services - Salary","body":"Any county establishing an economic development program may\n\ncontract for the services of an executive director for the program.\n\nThe executive director shall be employed by and serve at the\n\npleasure of the board of county commissioners; provided, said\n\nemployment shall be renewed on an annual basis.
