Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1208","heading":"Governing body - Meetings - Vacancies - Rules and","body":"regulations.\n\nThe board shall be the governing body of the district and shall\n\nmeet annually on a date prescribed by the bylaws and at such other\n\ntimes as may be determined by the board or upon call by the chairman\n\nor any two members of the board. Vacancies on the board shall be\n\nfilled for the unexpired term, and until such appointee's successor\n\nis elected and has qualified, by appointment by the remaining\n\nmembers of the board. The board shall adopt such rules and\n\nregulations in conformity with the provisions of the Ambulance\n\nService Districts Act and the bylaws of the district as are deemed\n\nnecessary for the conduct of the business of the district.
