Stat. tit. 19, § 19-123","heading":"Deposit in bank where treasurer or commissioners have","body":"pecuniary interest prohibited.\n\nIt is hereby made unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense\n\nfor any of the funds of the county to be deposited in any bank in\n\nwhich the county treasurer or any member of the board of county\n\ncommissioners is the owner of any stock or otherwise directly or\n\nindirectly pecuniarily interested. A county treasurer or county\n\ncommissioner shall be considered to be interested in such bank if\n\nany member of his immediate family owns any interest in said\n\ndepository bank.
