Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1230","heading":"Change of grade of road, street, etc. - Permanent","body":"improvement - Powers of commissioners.\n\nAny board of county commissioners in the State of Oklahoma is\n\nhereby empowered, within the unincorporated limits of the county, to\n\nestablish and change the grade of any road, street, avenue, lane,\n\nalley, or other public place, and to permanently improve the same by\n\ngrading, paving, constructing, macadamizing, chatting or graveling,\n\ncurbing, guttering, draining and otherwise improving the same,\n\nincluding the installation of the necessary manholes, catch basins,\n\ninlets and drainage pipes and storm sewers with necessary\n\nconnections thereto for the purpose of providing for the adequate\n\ndisposition of surface water falling on such improvements or carried\n\nthereon, and to make all necessary connections, whenever the public\n\nnecessity may require such improvements.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"549ec20069dc7f206385916695a55bbbeca1f1326da5d9c81250473569ef78f5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-123","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-1231"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
