Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1235","heading":"Contest of improvement","body":"Any record title holder of property or other person interested\n\nin such proposed improvement shall have the right to institute an\n\naction to contest the action of the board of county commissioners of\n\nsuch county in adopting and approving the plans, plats, typical\n\nsections, or estimates filed by the engineer in the district court\n\nof the county in which a road improvement district is located at any\n\ntime not later than fifteen (15) days after publication of the\n\nresolution provided for in Section 1234 of this title.
