Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1240","heading":"Appraisement and apportionment of benefits - Errors in","body":"description of lot or tract liable for assessment.\n\nWithin ten (10) days of the filing of the final plans,\n\nspecifications and cost estimates with the county clerk, the board\n\nof county commissioners shall, by resolution, direct the county\n\nassessor to appraise and apportion the benefits to the several lots\n\nand tracts of land which shall be described in the resolution\n\naccording to the record title of the land.
