Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1242","heading":"Objections to appraisement or apportionment - Hearing -","body":"Notice - Time.\n\nWhen the report required pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n1241 of this title has been returned, the board of county\n\ncommissioners shall appoint a time for holding a hearing to hear any\n\ncomplaints or objections that may be made concerning the\n\nappraisement and apportionment as to any of such lots or tracts of\n\nland. Notice of such hearing shall be published by the county clerk\n\nin six consecutive issues of a daily newspaper or two consecutive\n\nissues of a weekly newspaper of general circulation published in\n\nsaid county. The time fixed for said hearing shall be not less than\n\nfive (5) nor more than ten (10) days from the last publication.
