Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1258","heading":"Proceeds from sale of bonds – Disbursement – Payment of","body":"contractor.\n\nThe proceeds from the sale of the bonds pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1257 of this title shall be deposited in\n\nseparate accounts established for each improvement and disbursed\n\nonly for the cost associated with the respective improvement.\n\nPayment to the contractor shall be in parcels on the completion of\n\nthe work or improvement or any part thereof, not less than one\n\nblock, to an amount equal to the improvement so completed and\n\naccepted. Any funds not disbursed shall be utilized by the county\n\ncommissioners to recall outstanding bonds.
