Stat. tit. 19, § 19-1261","heading":"Delinquent assessments or installments - Presentment of","body":"bond receipt as payment - Discharge of liens.\n\nIn the event any such road or street improvement assessment, or\n\ninstallments thereof, paid by endorsement upon such bonds, as\n\nprovided in Section 32 of this act, are delinquent and in the hands\n\nof the county treasurer of the county, for collection, then said\n\nreceipt issued by the county clerk of such county, as herein\n\nprovided for, may be presented by the holder thereof to the county\n\ntreasurer of such county, who shall thereupon endorse upon his\n\nrecords the satisfaction and discharge of the improvement taxes upon\n\nthe property for the installments described in such receipt, and\n\nthereafter such property shall be free and discharged of and from\n\nall further lien for such installments of such assessment.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a8c11d6ee6482258092c8184756711b2cb614e130383f95755697ec7ef8ec26f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-1260","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-1262"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
