Stat. tit. 19, § 19-13","heading":"Form of petition","body":"The following shall be substantially the form for every\n\npetition, or petitions, filed with the Governor, asking that an\n\nelection be called for the purpose of creating such new county, or\n\ndetaching territory from one county, for the purpose of adding same\n\nto another; provided, that this section shall not apply to petitions\n\non file with the Governor, upon which an election has been called:\n\n\"Petition asking that an election be called for the creation of\n\nthe proposed county of _____; said proposed county to embrace the\n\nfollowing described territory.
