Stat. tit. 19, § 19-130.2","heading":"Duties of Commission","body":"The duties of the Commission shall be:\n\n1. To oversee a professional development program for training\n\nOklahoma county commissioners, county clerks, county treasurers,\n\ncounty assessors, court clerks, their deputies and employees, county\n\nsheriffs, excise board members, candidates for county office and any\n\nother persons through the Cooperative Extension Service at Oklahoma\n\nState University;\n\n2. To provide guidance to the Cooperative Extension Service in\n\ndesigning curricula to be used in educational programs and\n\nmaterials;\n\n3. To identify needs and set priorities for research to be\n\nconducted in cooperation with the Cooperative Extension Service in\n\nareas relevant to the study and improvement of Oklahoma county\n\ngovernment and its functions and to accept gifts and grants for such\n\npurposes;\n\n4. To cooperate with the advisory boards authorized in Section\n\n130.4 of this title in determining the educational needs of county\n\nofficials and their employees so that they can perform their duties\n\nand responsibilities efficiently and professionally; and\n\n5.
