Stat. tit. 19, § 19-130.3","heading":"Meetings - Chair - Quorum - Reimbursement","body":"The President of Oklahoma State University or his or her\n\ndesignee shall serve as chair of the Commission on County Government\n\nPersonnel Education and Training. After the first meeting, the\n\nCommission shall meet as it deems necessary or when called by the\n\nchair or by any three members. Three members shall constitute a\n\nquorum and no official action shall be taken by the Commission\n\nunless there is a quorum present.\n\nThe representative of the County Officers Association shall be\n\nreimbursed for mileage and per diem in accordance with the State\n\nTravel Reimbursement Act when attending Commission meetings or other\n\nactivities associated with his or her duties.
