The Cooperative Extension Service is hereby authorized to\n\ncreate advisory boards as they deem necessary. Members of such\n\nadvisory boards shall be appointed by the Cooperative Extension\n\nService and shall include, but shall not be limited to, county\n\ngovernment officials and appropriate state agency representatives.\n\nMeetings of advisory boards shall be called by the County Training\n\nProgram Director of the Cooperative Extension Service. Such\n\nadvisory boards shall assist in developing educational programs and\n\nmaterials for training county government officers and their\n\nemployees.\n\nAdvisory board members shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred\n\nin the performance of their duties under Sections 130.1 through\n\n130.7 of this title in accordance with the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act.\n\nB.
