Stat. tit. 19, § 19-130.5","heading":"Objectives of education and training programs","body":"The objectives of each education and training program, as\n\ndeveloped by the Commission in consultation with the advisory boards\n\nand administered through the Cooperative Extension Service at\n\nOklahoma State University, shall include, but shall not be limited\n\nto:\n\n1. Encouraging the professional development of the groups of\n\ncounty officials and their employees governed by this act by\n\nproviding educational programs and reference materials on job-\n\nrelated topics on a timely basis;\n\n2. Improving the efficiency of county government operations by\n\nproviding technical assistance in the administration of mandated\n\nduties;\n\n3. Improving the technical skills of county employees by\n\nproviding technical training in the operation and maintenance of\n\nconstruction equipment and machinery; and\n\n4.
