Any professional or clerical support staff required by\n\nthe Commission on County Government Personnel Education and Training\n\nshall be provided through the Cooperative Extension Service.\n\n2. The training programs developed pursuant to Section 130.1 et\n\nseq. of this title shall not interfere with or duplicate any other\n\nexisting training programs for county government personnel.\n\nB.
