Stat. tit. 19, § 19-138.19","heading":"Enforcement","body":"The County Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act shall\n\nbe enforced by the Ethics Commission in the same manner as Rules of\n\nthe Ethics Commission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of Article\n\nXXIX of the Oklahoma Constitution are enforced including, but not\n\nlimited to, acceptance of complaints, civil prosecutions, settlement\n\nagreements, and any other compliance practices or requirements.\n\nComplaints shall be made according to the Rules of the Ethics\n\nCommission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of Article XXIX of the\n\nOklahoma Constitution. Upon receipt of complaints, the Ethics\n\nCommission shall investigate whether the allegation or allegations\n\nare true and, if so, shall assess a late reporting penalty up to One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) per day, not to exceed a maximum of One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the filing of any statement or\n\nreport. If the Ethics Commission determines the allegation or\n\nallegations are not true, it shall take no further action.
