In every case in which the defendant is subject to the death\n\npenalty and an attorney other than a county indigent defender is\n\nassigned to the case as provided by Section 138.7 of Title 19 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, total compensation for attorneys who serve as\n\nlead counsel and co-counsel shall not exceed the limits set in\n\nSection 1355.13 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
